Recycle everything you can where ever you are. This may take a little bit of an effort at first. But you will be taking a critical stand to help out mother earth. Hold a garage sale and sell the stuff. If that's not your thing, you can donate all of your unneeded stuff to places like Salvation Army or GoodWill, get a tax write off and help some folks out. Plus with less clutter, you gain extra space which is always freeing to the mind and soul.
Sometimes simplifying means letting go of some relationships that are just too difficult to maintain. This is not mean. People come and go in your life all the time...for a purpose. Maybe the purpose has been accomplished and that is why it is so hard now. Maybe you need to let go and move on. --- *I bet you thought of someone just now who could use this.
